Practical information | Accreditations

To make your festival experience as smooth as possible, please read all of the practical information below before organising your trip. Specific arrangements apply to the accredited public.

PICKING UP YOUR BADGE

You can pick up your badge at the Accreditation Desk located at L’Arlequin cinema (76 rue de Rennes). The desk will be open from 7pm on March 21 and from 11am to 9pm from March 22–29.

HOW TO BOOK

Accreditation holders are required to reserve their seats on Eventbrite (the link will be available on this page shortly). This will enable you to obtain a free ticket, which, together with your badge, is required to enter the screening.

  • Booking is open from midday two days before the screening/event to midday the day before the screening/event.
For example, for a screening or event on Thursday 27 at 4pm, you will need to book between midday on Tuesday 25 and midday on Wednesday 26.
  • To book, you will need to enter your surname, first name and accreditation number.
  • Bookings are limited to a maximum of three tickets per person per day. Tickets reserved in excess of this quota will be cancelled and made available to others.
  • Please note that you will not receive your ticket via Eventbrite. You must pick up your free ticket at the Accreditation Info Point of the corresponding venue on the day of your screening/event, up to 15 minutes before the start time. After this time, your seat will be made available to others.

If you haven’t booked your seat in advance, or have arrived at the Accreditation Info Point less than 15 minutes in advance of the screening, you can:

  • Go to the box office of the venue and buy a reduced-rate ticket on presentation of your accreditation
  • Join the “last minute” queue at each cinema (entry not guaranteed)
