In order to make your experience of the festival more enjoyable, please read all the practical information below before organizing your visit. Specific terms and conditions apply to the accredited public.
Please note that we have a specific entrance for the festival public, at the back of the building, rue Beaubourg. This entrance will be open one hour before the beginning of the first screening of the day.
In order to use this specific entrance, please show to the security agent your accreditation badge, your ticket, the programme of the festival or the festival website on your mobile phone.

You can pick up your accreditation badge at the accreditation desk situated on level -1 of the Centre Pompidou.
Note that the office desk will be open from 22 March to 31 March from 11am to 9 pm.
Accreditation holders must be in possession of an exempt fare ticket for each screening they wish to attend. You will be asked for both your accreditation badge and ticket when entering the theater.
As the number of exempted fare seats is not limited in the Centre Pompidou, we recommend that you favor screenings at the Centre Pompidou.
Online ticketing
You can book your exempt fare tickets on the Centre’s ticketing site from Friday 15 March and until one day before the screening. The discounted rate can be obtained online using the promo code that you have received by e-mail and has to be entered in the “Promo Code” box. Choose your film, select a ticket at “Accredited” rate and finalize your order by registering or by logging on to the site. Your ticket will be sent to you by email. You can also find it in your personal page.
On the spot
You can book your exempt fare tickets at the Centre’s ticket offices upon presentation of your badge on the day of the screening. We invite you to rather choose online booking.

Please keep in mind to book seats only for screenings you are sure to attend (the seats being blocked, they can not be reallocated in case of absence)
Please note that the number of exempted fare seats is limited, so we recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before each screening.
Exempt fare tickets will be available on site (no online sales possible) on the day of the screening and upon presentation of your accreditation badge.
